Bacon
All Superior’s Brand bacon products must be cooked prior to consuming.
To Bake:
Place single layer of slices in a shallow baking pan. Bake in 400°F oven 9-12 minutes
to desired crispness. No turning necessary. Place bacon on paper towel to drain.
To Broil:
Place bacon strips on broiling rack in preheated broiler 3-5 inches from the heat.
Broil 2-2 ½ minutes on each side, turning slices only once. Place bacon on paper
towel to drain.
To Skillet Cook:
Place slices in a cold skillet. Cook over medium-low heat to desired crispness.
Turn frequently. Drain on paper towels.
To Microwave:
Place slices on paper towels on microwave-safe plate. Cover with paper towel. Microwave
on high power to desired crispness, approximately one minute per slice.

Glaze any ham during the last half hour of heating time.
Ham Slices
Pan-Fry: Remove wrapper. Apply your favorite glaze if desired.
Fry ham steak in a preheated pan at medium setting for 3-4 minutes.
Flip ham steak and continue to heat an additional 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned.
Grill/Broil: Remove wrapper. Apply your favorite glaze if desired.
Pre-heat grill/broiler. Set broiler pan 3 inches from heat. Heat ham steak for 3-4 minutes.
Flip ham steak and continue to heat an additional 3 - 4 minutes or until lightly browned.

Wieners
Superior’s Brand wiener items can be prepared in a variety of ways. Grill,
boil, microwave or fry, any way you choose, the internal temperature should reach
165° before consuming. The level of browning is a personal preference. Use or freeze
by date on package. Once package is open, use within seven days.
